As one of the most prominent coffee-producing countries in the world, Indonesia literally gives Java its name. In fact, it even produces some of the most expensive coffee in the world, called Kopi Luwak, which is harvested from cat droppings.
Indonesia’s main draw is its wildlife, as this is a great place to see elephants, monkeys, birds, and more in their natural habitat. The mega-popular beach destination of Bali is also located here, which has really helped to put Indonesia on westerners’ maps in recent years.
